Amateur singers represent their workplaces in a singing competition.
In each episode of this offbeat (but not off-key) new reality series, Melanie Brown of The Spice Girls and former 'N Sync member Joey Fatone drop into two different workplaces and surprise the staff by holding impromptu vocal auditions to find the top five singers in each office. Those workplace quintets rehearse with professionals to prepare a song-and-dance routine that they show off in a face-to-face competition before a live studio audience.
