Premise: A group of aspiring actresses learn the skills necessary to become stars. They take classes, do screen tests and learn audition skills from the best. Each episode, they're evaluated by an all-star panel, including Oscar winner Faye Dunaway and Vivica A. Fox. The winner gets a talent deal and a guest spot on a popular television drama.
