Premise: There is no singular path to fame and fortune that is followed by celebrities. Each story is different, made whole by personal details stretching from childhood to the moment the person knows that he or she has succeeded. This docuseries tells the stories of athletes, actors, artists and other celebrities who have made it in their respective fields. Each half-hour episode highlights two people and chronicles, through first-person accounts, the road they traveled -- the sacrifices, setbacks and successes -- to make their dreams come true. At the same time, the stories aim to inspire and provide advice that viewers can use, hopefully, to realize their own dreams.
