Premise: Meet Todd Santos, a 30-year-old waiter and musician living in laid-back Hermosa Beach, Calif. He takes the ``laid-back'' part a little too much to heart, however, and turns his life over to TV viewers. In each episode of this reality series, the audience votes on some of Todd's decisions, such as finding a new job and choosing which of two women to date.
