Premise: An homage to classic cartoons, ``Tooned'' is a 30-minute ``docutainment'' show featuring favorite cartoons and the stars who voiced them. Each episode follows a specific theme (sidekicks, villains, and so on) and features interviews with voice actors and behind-the-scenes information.
