Premise: Model India Hicks joins this reality competition for season two, which also sees a new production company (Magical Elves, the folks behind ``Project Runway'' and ``Top Chef'') as well as a sleek new look in high-definition. Previous host Todd Oldham is still around to mentor the 13 designers, who are competing for a $100,000 cash prize and a four-page spread in Elle Decor Magazine, with the winner selected by returning panel of judges Jonathan Adler, Margaret Russell and Kelly Wearstler.
