Premise: Colby Donaldson, host of History's sharpshooting competition series ``Top Shot,'' brings his passion for firearms to ``Top Guns,'' a show that focuses more on the weaponry than the marksmen. In each episode, two expert marksmen join Donaldson to lock and load three iconic weapons with the task of deciding which one outshines the others during a shooting competition. But the show isn't just about watching people shoot things, it's also about learning the history behind the weapons, which include such famous firearms as the Kentucky flintlock rifle, the M14 rifle and the Colt 45 revolver.
