Premise: ``Top Shot'' returns for its fourth season with a new group of 18 sharpshooters competing for a prize package that is bigger than it's been in previous seasons -- in addition to the usual $100,000 cash prize, this season's winner receives a professional shooting contract with Bass Pro Shops. A new twist this season sees two of the competitors sent home almost immediately following a surprise shoot-off in the opening minutes of the season's first episode. The rest of the competitors compete in punishing challenges based on real-life battle scenarios, including having to hit moving targets from a speeding World War II-style motorcycle sidecar. Among this season's contestants are a 21-year-old student who first visited a shooting range at the age of 13, a cattle farmer from upstate New York, a high-school custodian and a chemist who believes being a scientist and a marksman are one in the same because both require accuracy and precision.
