The Boston developer of multimillion-dollar homes has built a booming business in her two-decade career with her fierce determination and uncompromising approach. In other words she's tough as nails, as illustrated in this docu-drama, while managing multiple subcontractors and employees -- including her ex-husband, Joe, and her mom, Beverly, the office secretary.
