Premise: Parkour is defined as the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one's path by adapting one's movements to the environment. In essence, it's getting from point A to point B as efficiently as possible using only the human body and the objects along the route. Each episode of this series takes place at a different urban environment in Southern California, where some of the world's best parkour practitioners test themselves and each other as they jump, roll, climb, leap, sprint, flip and fly their way around a course. It has to be seen to be believed.
