Wealthy real estate entrepreneur Winston Hill has left behind his memories of growing up in the 'hood and is currently living a privileged dream existence that includes a beautiful white trophy wife, Ashley, and pampered teenagers Heather and Winston Jr. There's a reality check waiting for Winston, however, when street-smart older brother Calvester shows up on the Hill doorstep, freshly released from prison.
