Premise: The Golden Mile in Kings Cross in Sydney is analogous to New York's Wall Street -- a financial hub where greedy dealings aren't out of the ordinary. This series, the third in the ``Underbelly'' franchise, is set in the time period from 1988 to 1999 and chronicles the law-enforcement officials in Kings Cross as they fight crime in the area and how their stories converge with those of the criminals.
