Premise: Couture designer Garo Sparo creates distinctive looks for people from all walks of life, but he's probably best known for his costuming work in New York with iconic performing artists such as Miss Understood, Hedda Lettuce and Amanda Lepore. In this reality series, Sparo unleashes what he calls his ``design therapy,'' helping a range of clientele who visit his Manhattan studio let go of their inhibitions and freely express themselves through his signature styles.
