Premise: A dream destination wedding and other prizes await one of 12 engaged couples who brave the elements of a remote island and outlast their competition in this reality show. The couples have little food or water on the island, and a series of demanding challenges, the winners of which receive wedding gifts, go a long way toward determining who is voted off the show.
