Marsha Bickner is the high-strung producer of a morning news show in New York, ``AM New York.'' She hires a new weatherman from Fort Wayne, Ind., who tries to adjust to life in the Big Apple. But Bickner has high expectations for him and wants him to change nearly everything about himself.
