Premise: What Chilli wants is some tender loving care. Rozonda Thomas, best known as ``Chilli'' from the R&B supergroup TLC, is searching for the right man, and she won't settle. Her high standards for her dates have led to a romantic roadblock, so she hires relationship expert Tionna Smalls, whose goal is to help Chilli get beyond the criteria and the emotions behind them that have kept her from finding the long-term love she wants.
