Premise: Maria, Tiara and Cassandra set off on an eight-week road trip around the country, hoping to raise money to benefit Maria's brother, who is suffering from a life-threatening illness. Each week the trio -- formerly subjects of the documentary film ``Transtasia,'' about transgender people -- try a new activity, from boxing to fishing to bull-riding.
