Premise: Ten passionate hopefuls who were chosen from thousands of auditions compete to get their own show on OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network. Hosts Carson Kressley and Nancy O'Dell guide the contestants through challenges, including booking interviews and researching story ideas. Each episode, an A-list host offers the contestants advice before eventually deciding who to eliminate at the end of the episode. The winner will host his or her own show on Oprah's network. Veteran reality TV producer Mark Burnett serves as executive producer for the series.
